You will receive confirmation of your application completion via email from Boardroom. This is sent once all required supporting documentation, signatures and funds have been supplied. However, the number of units allocated will only occur after the settlement of the Property. This date will be indicated on correspondence from Boardroom.
The investment is available to ‘Wholesale Investors’ only, with minimum investment being $100,000.

Once complete, you will be emailed your signature specimen page to sign, scan and return by email to Fortius. If you are a trust (investor type) you cannot be e-verified and will need to supply AML documents separately (this will be outlined to you during the online application process).
Payment Methods include either cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The bank details can be found on your Signature Verification Document or from the Trust’s Information Memorandum.
