  • 2.Online Application Form

    Follow the link below that will lead to our online application with Boardroom. Please complete your application based on your investor type. For more information on what details you will need for this application any payment methods, please see our FAQs.
  • 3.Sign and Return

    After you have printed and completed your online application, please return your executed signature verification document and any other additional AML or documentation required to Fortius or Boardroom.
  • 4.Complete

    Once funds your investment funds have been cleared into the nominated trust account, your application is complete. You will receive a confirmation email directly from Boardroom confirming your application is ready for Unit Allocation upon Settlement date. You will receive confirmation of your application completion via email from Boardroom. This is sent once all required supporting documentation, signatures and funds have been supplied. However, the number of units allocated will only occur after the settlement of the Property. This date will be indicated on correspondence from Boardroom.

The investment is available to ‘Wholesale Investors’ only, with minimum investment being $100,000.

Before you begin your online application we recommend having the following information ready:

  • email address
  • your driver licence, passport or Medicare card (for individual or joint Investors)
  • your company name, ABN and registered office address – refer to your ASIC certificate or (for companies)
  • your super fund name, address – refer to your SMSF registration or (for super funds)

Once complete, you will be emailed your signature specimen page to sign, scan and return by email to Fortius. If you are a trust (investor type) you cannot be e-verified and will need to supply AML documents separately (this will be outlined to you during the online application process).

Payment Methods include either cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The bank details can be found on your Signature Verification Document or from the Trust’s Information Memorandum.
