As per ASIC Regulatory Guide RG26 section RG 26.74 The Responsible Entity Notes the Following:
Effective the date of this Notice being 10th August 2021 the following changes are noted:

| Reason for Change: | Agreement in relation to the change of auditor has been made. Due to the size, scale and nature of the Fund, an alternate audit firm has been appointed to undertake the role at this time. |
