Since our first private property trust with HSBC in 1991, Fortius has invested on behalf of institutional and alongside of investors. In 2006 we launched our first Fortius-branded property trust (Fortius Active Property Trust) with a cumulative value of over $1.0 billion, and in 2018 we launched the Fortius Australia Value Add Partners fund.
