We are delighted to share with you another Fortius (now a part of Growthpoint) transformation success story, with the opening of a first-of-its-kind venue, Fortress Sydney, at Central Park Mall in April 2023.
This involved transforming an underutilised food court on level 2 and delivering a world-class entertainment venue – Fortress Sydney.
Fortress Sydney is a destination, opening day and night to patrons and working to reinvigorate Sydney’s 24-hour economy. The venue is attracting a broad and diverse customer base that extends beyond the immediate catchment and are already reporting customer foot traffic through the venue of approximately 60,000, since opening.
